2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the website, Strato automatically processes server log data on our behalf (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) to the extent technically necessary for providing, stabilizing and securing the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Strato. The servers are located in Germany.
3. Contact and request form
If you contact us via the request form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide (name, company, contact details, project information) to handle your request and for follow-up questions. The recipient is our request team (anfrage@stolfig-group.de). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling of general inquiries). If no business relationship is established, we delete your request data no later than 12 months after receipt; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. Mandatory fields are marked as such; without this information we cannot process the request.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, and does not load content from third-party providers. Fonts and all other resources are served locally from our server.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
