Dimensional accuracy, internal casting defects, corrosion protection and joining technology — we inspect these four characteristics with our own measuring and testing equipment and compile the evidence you need for supplier releases and audits.
We do not inspect only at the finished part, but at every stage: at the feasibility assessment, at the initial sample and in running series. With a material less fault-tolerant than steel, this is not optional but a precondition for a part that holds up in the field.

For corrosion evidence, the Oxsilan® conversion coating is available with a documented salt spray test (1,008 hours with no findings, at automotive level).
The management systems at our sites are structured in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DIN EN ISO 3834-3 and EN 1090 (EXC3). The certificates are currently undergoing scheduled recertification; we will provide up-to-date documentation on request as soon as it is available.
