A request commits you to nothing. You get a technical first assessment: whether magnesium or aluminum makes sense for your part, in which process it can be made, and what to watch for in joining technology and corrosion protection.

How a request works

Non-disclosure

Before you send design data, we secure your documents with a non-disclosure agreement.

Send part data

The more specific, the more precise the assessment. 3D data or a drawing is ideal — a description is enough to start.

Initial assessment in 48 h

Assessment of manufacturability, process selection and quantity economics. If something else makes more sense, we say so.

Next steps

If the direction fits, we agree the next steps — from the design review through to tool making.
