Sand casting / gravity die casting
Magnesium and aluminum. Parts up to 1.2 m. From a batch size of one.
Die casting
Magnesium and aluminum. Series-capable, medium to high quantities.
Extrusion
Profiles, tubes, custom cross-sections. Prototype to series.

Warm-on-warm extrusion. In-house development. Pilot production.

Experience
We have manufactured parts and module cross-members since 1987 — across the full process chain, from process selection through joining technology to corrosion protection. Magnesium joined in the early 1990s and is our focus today.

We have supplied series parts to German premium automotive OEMs for more than ten years — under their quality, documentation and delivery requirements.

Magnesium is the lightest metallic structural material. That is the easy half of the statement. The harder half: magnesium behaves differently from aluminum and steel — and those differences are decided in the design, not on the shop floor.
